Dear users,



Due to the current Corona virus pandemic, Internet providers have recorded an increase in Internet traffic by as much as 40% and are therefore forced to limit the flow to their users in order to avoid collapse.



Let's emphasize at the outset - in this situation, no one is spared, neither rich nor poor, neither users in cities nor users in villages, nor users with cheap internet packages, nor users with expensive internet packages. Why are we saying this? Because people are uninformed and distrustful and for days we have a problem finding a way to explain to them that all this is really happening and that our servers are working normally and that the whole situation is not up to us and does not depend on us!



So, this will mostly affect the users of IPTV services. Netflix and YouTube have reduced the quality of their content to avoid a total collapse of internet traffic and to allow users with reduced internet speeds to continue using their services. Facebook and Instagram have also reduced the quality of photos and videos due to network congestion.

What consequences will IPTV users feel?



Many IPTV users will not be able to watch all channels, especially FHD channels. There will be an inability to load channels, braking, image jitter and buffering. Content from the video library is also large files, so it may be slower or impossible to open. There is no rule at what time of day or night this will happen, it is assumed that ISPs will automatically take away the priority of normal flow from users who connect to any streaming server. In the most extreme cases, users will not be able to connect to the IPTV server at all to watch IPTV channels - yes, your provider may prohibit you from connecting to streaming servers. We repeat - our servers work normally and the whole situation is not up to us and does not depend on us, show understanding and do not look for a mistake or solution in us, we are as powerless as you are.



As states introduce stricter measures, more people will be locked up in their homes, and ISPs will increasingly limit their services. An even greater increase in all these measures is expected. This is a situation that we all have to deal with and show understanding.



What you can do yourself:



What you can try to mitigate all this is to restart your modem / router from time to time and connect your devices to the Internet with the highest quality LAN cables (LAN CAT 7 recommendation). You can change the DNS server on the router or on your device (this is definitely advised even without the current situation).

Zbog trenutne pandemije Corona virusa, Internet provajderi su zabeležili porast internet saobraćaja za čak 40% i zbog toga su prinuđeni da limitiraju protok svojim korisnicima kako ne bi došlo do kolapsa.



Da odmah na počeku naglasimo – u ovoj situaciji niko nije pošteđen, ni bogati ni siromašni, ni korisnici u gradovima ni korisnici u selima, ni korisnici sa jeftinim internet paketima, kao ni korisnici sa skupim internet paketima. Zašto ovo govorimo? Kakve posledice će osetiti IPTV korisnici?



Mnogi korisnici IPTV-a neće moći da gledaju sve kanale, pogotovo FHD kanale. Dolaziće do nemogućnosti učitavanja kanala, do kočenja, trzanja slike i bufferinga. Sadržaji iz videoteke su takođe veliki fajlovi pa može dolaziti do sporijeg ili nemogućeg otvaranja. Ne postoji pravilo u koje doba dana ili noći će se ovo dešavati, pretpostavlja se da će Internet provajderi automatski oduzimati prioritet normalnog protoka korisnicima koji se konektuju na bilo koji streaming server. U najekstremnijim slučajevima korisnici neće moći uopšte da se povežu na IPTV server kako bi gledali IPTV kanale – da, vaš provajder može da vam zabrani konektovanje na streaming servere. Ponavljamo – naši serveri rade normalno i cela situacija nije do nas i ne zavisi od nas, pokažite razumevanje i nemojte tražiti grešku ili rešenje u nama, mi smo nemoćni isto koliko i vi.



Kako države budu uvodile strožije mere, sve više ljudi će biti zatvoreno u svojim domovima, internet provajderi će sve više ograničavati svoje usluge. Očekuje se još veći porast svih ovih mera. Ovo je situacija sa kojom svi mi moramo da se nosimo i da pokažemo razumevanje.



Ono što sami možete preudzeti:



Ono što možete pokušati kako biste ublažili sve ovo jeste da s vremena na vreme restartujete svoj modem / ruter i da svoje uređaje povežete što kvalitetnijim LAN kablovima na internet (preporuka LAN CAT 7). Možete promeniti DNS server na routeru ili na svom uređaju (ovo se svakako savetuje i bez trenutne situacije).
